You can exchange or return your purchase within 14 days (from the day of the order). However, this is only possible if the article is unworn and undamaged.

Personalized items, earrings and items in sale cannot be exchanged.

Please note your order number and the reason of the return. 

The Customer is responsible for the manner in which the article is returned to us and bears all risks until the article has been received by Less Is Bore Jewelry. 

If we receive the package in good order, we will refund the money within 7 days to the account which the purchase was made.

If a piece of jewelry breaks within a period of 3 months, we will fix the jewelry and no money will be charged. Send us an email with the order number and a photo to info@lessisborejewelry.com

Less Is Bore does not guarantee the discoloration of the jewelry. Here you can read how you can take care of your jewelry and prevent discoloration.
