You can exchange or return your purchase within 14 days (from the day of the order). However, this is only possible if the article is unworn and undamaged.

Personalized items, earrings and items in sale cannot be exchanged.

Please not your order number and the reason of the return. 

The Customer is responsible for the manner in which the article is returned to us and bears all risks until the article has been received by Less Is Bore Jewelry. 

If we receive the package in good order, we will refund the money within 7 days to the account which the purchase was made.

If a piece of jewelry breaks within a period of 1 month, you can return the article and your money will be refunded. Send us an email with the order number and a photo to lessisbore.jewelry@gmail.com. ​
